Cet immeuble a fait l'objet d'une renovation sauvage dite à la découpe au début des années 90. Les gars qui ont fait ça sont carrément hors-la-loi, il y a des appart en-dessous des 9m² stipulés par la loi carrez... c'est donc effectivement un immeuble dangeureux que nous nous attelons à mettre aux normes de sécurité adéquates car les habitants ne font pas tous attention aux règles de sécu et d'hygiène en général (on a fait ajouter des poubelles parce que c'était hyper limite au début de notre arrivée), tu as dû le constater. Par contre on peut que regretter que les apparts soient aussi petits dans les 4 premiers étages, avant, il y a avait seulement 2 apparts par étage. Un truc de fou, je peux dire que je ne suis pas super ami qvec les investisseurs des étages du dessous au vu des prestations qu'ils fournissent aux locataires.
